Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our store, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.


Defects and warranties are managed by the individual manufacturer of those products and their explicit warranty periods and coverage. Some products are explicitly covered by Love Nest and have warranty coverage information posted to those specific products.

We suggest and recommend checking with the manufacturer website of your product, even if no warranty correspondence is provided in-or-on the packaging.

Most of our product manufacturers require you to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

Shipping & Delivery

Love Nest Online currently charges:
$10.00 for shipping for orders less than $100 before taxes
$0 (no charge) for shipping for orders over $100 before taxes
No charge for store pickup

If an item is shipped by Love Nest Online, it is shipped using Canada Post parcel services requiring Signature and Identity. You are required to provide valid identity to pickup anything purchased at our online store or delivered to you.

Abandoned Shipping Orders
Abandoned shipping orders are orders not picked-up by the customer within a reasonable amount of time after shipping and attempt to contact the customer is made. Therefore, if a delivery order is not picked up by the customer within 30 days, it will be returned to store stock, and a refund will be completed. Upon refund, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the entire order (including taxes).
